Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Certain items (beauty products, intimate items, clearance items) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges
